May 29 – June 29
Between the end of May and June, I helped my kindergarteners shear a sheep, went on a picnic by the Sendai airport, successfully finished the first Open House of the year, ate my favorite type of soup curry, wore my Miffy pajamas on Pajama Day, took a weekend trip to Tokyo, ordered the famous fluffy Japanese style pancakes, ate a burrito in Harajuku, bought an omiyage at the Pokemon Center, shuffled through the Shibuya Scramble, visited the Senso-ji Temple for the first time since my family took a trip to Tokyo in 2015, baked cookies for a class snack, and soaked in the beginning-of-summer sunshine.
